CALLING ALL MEMBERS.
WEDNESDAY ★ JUNE 1 ★ 6:30 - 7:00 pm.
We need a quorum of 25 people in order to pass our CODE OF CONDUCT Resolution.
We want to make sure our members feel safe and as the number of events and rallies grows over the spring and summer, we need to get this done as soon as possible.
So we are calling a SPECIAL GM MEETING.
• Only 30 minutes long.
• Only one job: Read, discuss and vote on the resolution.

RESOLUTION WORDING:
Adoption of Code of Conduct
i. Whereas each member joins the DSoV with different experience and have had different opportunities to unlearn oppressive behaviour, and ought to be given an opportunity to learn and correct any impugned conduct;
ii. Whereas the Steering Committee drafted a Code of Conduct for members to refer to & presented it to the membership at the March General Membership for review & revision
iii. Be it resolved that the Code of Conduct be adopted as formal policy of the DSoV & added to the website for members to refer to.
